Pekanbaru, January 14, 2026 – The Career and Entrepreneurship Development Unit (UPA PKK) of Universitas Riau has established a strategic collaboration with Telkomsel Pekanbaru through an important meeting aimed at strengthening the utilization of the Telkomsel Corner on campus as a student commercial hub and a center for the growth of the student entrepreneurship ecosystem. This meeting also served as a momentum to expand opportunities for digital-based entrepreneurial innovation and broader market networks.

The warm and constructive meeting was attended by the leadership of Universitas Riau, including:

• Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni,

• Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems,

• Head of UPA PKK, and

• Head of the Career Division of UPA PKK.

The presence of university leaders alongside representatives from Telkomsel reaffirmed a shared commitment to strengthening a technology-based student entrepreneurship ecosystem through industry collaboration, in line with Universitas Riau’s vision of producing adaptive and highly competitive graduates.

Telkomsel Corner is a technology-based facility supported by digital networks located within the Universitas Riau campus. During the meeting, both parties emphasized its strategic utilization as:
